Grounding refers to practices that help us feel centred and connected to the earth and our inner selves. When we’re grounded, we feel calm, balanced, and able to navigate life with clarity.
Modern living often disconnects us from nature, which can leave us feeling scattered or stressed. Grounding brings us back into harmony by calming the nervous system, balancing energy, and fostering a deeper connection to the present moment.
